Grace Bezek, LMFT
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Currently Accepting New Clients - November 1st
I work with teens, adults, couples, and families.
I believe that humans are hardwired for intimate connection. Yet, we often encounter barriers that keep us from cultivating the authentic and deep connections that we crave. I offer an inclusive and affirming space for individuals, couples, and families to explore roadblocks to vulnerability, break old patterns, and deepen understanding of themselves and others. When we connect with and honor the deepest parts of ourselves, we are able to shift toward more authentic and fulfilling approaches to navigating life and relationships.
I recognize the strong influence that our lived experience and circumstances have on our experience of the world. Through curiosity and non-judgement I honor each client’s unique life history while collaborating on goals for therapeutic change. I am experienced working with individuals and complex relational systems, and have a passion for working with LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent populations. I draw from various treatment modalities, with the primary approaches being Narrative Therapy, Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Gottman Method. My practice is trauma-informed and gender affirming.
The journey toward personal and relational healing can be life-changing, but also challenging and unfamiliar. I’ll meet you where you are on your unique path, and will work with you at your pace.
