Sophie Blauer, MA, PCA
Compassion, support, and empowerment are at the center of my practice. I work from a holistic, client-centered perspective and through a collaborative process. Using a a variety of approaches helps me apply techniques that best apply to your personal history and goals set in therapy. Teaching coping skills, addressing the adjustment of unstable thoughts and behaviors, and processing past traumas will provide the tools to help you meet your goals and live a higher quality of life!

I work with teens, adults, and couples and specialize in anxiety, ADHD, depression, and relationship issues. I practice from an evidence-based approach, and I provide a safe, warm environment that is conducive toward you achieving your goals.

Our mental health can impact all aspects of life. I look forward to working with you to increase your well-being!
