Hi! I'm Sophie Blauer, MA, PCA
Compassion, support, and empowerment are at the center of my practice. I work from a holistic, client-centered perspective and through a collaborative process. Using a a variety of approaches helps me apply techniques that best apply to your personal history and goals set in therapy. Teaching coping skills, addressing the adjustment of unstable thoughts and behaviors, and processing past traumas will provide the tools to help you meet your goals and live a higher quality of life!
My evidence-based approach to therapy focuses on personal growth, ensuring every individual feels supported and understood. I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, eating disorders, and relationship issues. I believe in creating strong connections and empowering clients to navigate life's challenges with confidence. Together, we can work toward a desired future for you and your loved ones.
I work with children, teens, adults, and couples, and provide a safe, warm environment that is conducive toward achieving your goals. Our mental health can impact all aspects of life. I look forward to working with you to increase your well-being!
