Sophie Blauer, MA, PCA
Compassion, support, and empowerment are at the center of my practice. I work from a holistic, client-centered perspective and through a collaborative process. Using a multimodal approach helps me apply techniques that best apply to a client’s personal history and goals set in therapy. I am passionate about teaching coping skills, providing psychoeducation, guiding the adjustment of unstable thoughts and behaviors, supporting you through past traumas, and helping you meet your goals to live a higher quality of life.

I work with teens, adults, couples, and families and specialize in anxiety, ADHD, life transitions, depression, and relationship issues. I practice from an evidence-based approach, and I provide a safe, warm environment that is conducive toward you achieving your goals.

Our mental health can impact all aspects of life. I look forward to starting this mental health journey together, and working collaboratively with you to increase your well-being.
